New Site Features at UpscaleAutomotive.com - Google Checkout, Shipping Estimates, more!
To kick off the new year, a few features have been added
and improvements made to http://www.UpscaleAutomotive.com! Our
wishlist, gift registry, account management, coupon codes, no-click category drill-down browsing, and
top-of-the-line Thawte SSL security have not gone away, but we have
added a few features and improvements for your convenience!
1. Shipping Estimates - No one likes to have to jump through hurdles to getting a shipping quote! That is why we now offer a shipping estimate tool on each and every product page! Simply enter your ship-to zip code and receive a shipping quote instantly without so much as a page refresh!
2. Google Checkout - We are now offering Google Checkout for your convenience. Simply go to the shopping cart and checkout with Google quickly and easily!
3. Site Search - The Upscale Automotive site search, accessible from any page via the navigation bar, has been set to automatically search descriptions rather than just item titles. In the past, this search option was available from the advanced search page, but it is now the default search method. With this change made, search results will be more accurate and the search function will be more helpful. We do still recommend browsing product categories in order to achieve the best results however.
4. Upscale Automotive Tool Bar - Our toolbar has been around for a few months, but is a very useful feature! It is free to download and offers a customized search for our website as well as the web. It also integrates weather information, e-mail notifications, the Upscale RSS news feed, direct links to pages on our site, and even a customizable radio player! Download it today!
