We do accept phone orders. Please call the phone number on our contact page and press 2 for our ordering options. You can choose to speak to a sales representative or you can use our automated ordering system. Please be aware that our automated ordering system is only for making credit card payments via phone for existing orders. You must enter a valid order number assigned to you by our website or by a sales representative in order for your payment to be processed.
Where is my order?
You can check order status on our website by following the links on the Customer Service menu or you can call the phone number on our contact page and press 3 for our order status/tracking console. If using our phone system, all you will need to enter is your order number and we will then contact you with your order status. Please be aware that you must enter a valid order number assigned to you by our website or by a sales representative in order for your order status/tracking request to be processed.
Do you offer sponsorships?
We do offer sponsorships. We only accept top applicants and will only consider your application if it is professional, you have a proven show/race history, you include a personal biography, a sufficient amount of professional photos, and so on. We will not tell you how to write an application. We also are very stringent on the makes and models we will consider. Those who are serious may send their applications to us via e-mail or the postal service, we do not accept fax applications. We do offer various levels of sponsorship depending on applicant and we work with the nations top firm to get our sponsored vehicles coverage in magazines, at events, and even on televsion and DVD. We can definitely do our part to make your car a success, but in order to participate you will need to prove you can do your part to make our company more successful.
How do I get my vehicle's pictures in your gallery section?
If you would like to have your vehicle featured in our gallery, you will need to be an Upscale Automotive customer first of all. Please contact us and send your pictures along too. We wiill add you to our gallery if the pictures meet our specifications and will let you know.
Will you ship "ABC" item to "XYZ" (international)?
We ship internationally for orders of $500 or more. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes/duties. Please contact us with the item(s) you are interested in and your full shipping address for a quote. We do not ship body components internationally due to high risk of damage.
Do you have parts for a "XYZ" (vehicle)?
If we do not have your year, make, or model listed on our website, that does not mean we can't get parts for you. Please contact us with your special parts requests.
Do you sell parts from "XYZ" (manufacturer)?
If we do not have a mnaufacturer listed that you are looking for, don't hesitate to contact us. We can most likely source that manufacturer for you.
