Synapse BOV Pipe kit for BMW 135i/335i/535i. This is a direct bolt-on kit that replaces the factory diaphragm diverter valves with a single, fast-acting piston-actuated Synchronic BOV.

The kit comes in a black powder coated pipe that includes all necessary hardware for installation. You will also find Synapse boost-connect fittings and hoses included. This is an updated production kit for the BMW N54 135i/335i/535i engine package. The kit includes all components needed for a bolt-on application. The kit also clears the factory intake airbox.

Updated design elements include the following: Zero weld, CNC mandrel-bent, aerospace grade Aluminum tubing Relocated BOV location closer to the throttle body for improved performance and better clearance Material change to lightweight, aerospace grade Aluminum 6061 in annealed condition for much improved thermal conductivity Reduction of Silicone coupler surface area for maximized charge velocity Billet CNC machined air temp sensor adapter welded directly onto charge pipe T-bolt clamps now included with the kit Alternative finishes now available in polished Aluminum (SB001A.KIT019)and powder coated black Engineered mounting bracket reduces vibration for overall assembly Pictured shown above is the new kit and components. Bead-rolled charge piping so pipes will not blow-off with increased pressure Engineered bracket mounts to engine so that charge piping & BOV move in unison with engine under all conditions Billet CNC machined air temp sensor adapter welded directly onto charge pipe No-Weld, CNC mandrel-bent, aerospace-grade aluminum tubing.
