Molding more copper material with our newly developed technology, instead of the lead, we had succeeded to highly balance smooth operation and competitive high capacity.

Less damage for the gearboxes
With its smooth engagement provided by copper material and spring damper system, the disc still prevents the gearbox from being damaged under severe sport driving.
By not using the lead, the disc is harmless for ecology in much higher stage than an ordinary organic clutch disc.

CUSCO's clutch discs and plates may be used in the following combinations.
CUSCO clutch cover for thin metal disc + CUSCO thin metal disc
CUSCO clutch cover + CUSCO organic clutch disc
CUSCO clutch cover + CUSCO metal clutch disc

CUSCO super light chromoly flywheels can be fitted with any of the above combinations.
