The 3 stages of pipe diameter of 75-70-65 were decided for best power and torque combination. The result was the highest efficiency, quality and the pipe angles for best exhaust flow.
Genuine has φ60 pipe for the whole area. Inner diameter is small and has sharp angle bends which causes bad exhaust efficiency.
A divider plate was made between the main port & actuator conversion. Higher efficiency exhaust flow.
Emissions certificate is also included for street legal requirements in Japan. (NOTE. The certification is for Japan ONLY)
