This kit, the TCK265A, includes a T265 Timing Belt, T42121 Cam Idler Pulley, and a T43131 Timing Belt Auto Tensioner. When replacing the Timing Belt it is suggested that you also change the 43500 Water Pump (sold separately), at the same time because the Water Pump is driven by the Timing Belt.
